Was born in 1963.
In 1986 passed art-graphic faculty of Kursk Pedagogical institute.
This artist since the childhood was brought up in the traditions of Ivan Ajvazovski pictorial school. Many years Krym for Sergey Grigorash remains source of imagination.
In his pictures, this romanticist fascinated by sea, expresses his love to sea in its broadest manifestation. Depicted by him "sea images" represent the whole gallery of diverse feelings. Grigorash "Sea music" vibrate sometimes as "solo" of lonely wave, sometimes as "symphony" of storming sea, changing from transparent "nocturne" to fabulous "sonnet".
Pictures of this artist are in the Supreme body of Crimea, Simferopol, in the Supreme Rada and in the State museum of Ukraine, Kiev, in Мoscow Chekhov Academic Theatre, in the museum of the Black Sea fleet of Russia and in Moscow City Hall, and also in the governmental, corporate and private collections of many countries.
Since 1996 - more than 300 personal exhibitions.
Since 2000 to 2002 - "Art-manege" Moscow.
Since 2000 on 2009 - Moscow international art salon, Central House of Artists, Moscow.
